Data Deletion

We Orbiz Limited Company respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of personal information that we hold about you, including any information obtained through Meta (Facebook / Instagram) login, Meta Business tools, or any advertising platform integration we operate on your behalf.

What data we may hold

Depending on how you interacted with us, we may hold: your name, email address, phone number, company name, messages sent through contact forms, basic profile information obtained via Meta Login (such as name, email, and public profile), and campaign-related data processed on your behalf.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to ads@weorbiz.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your full name
• The email address (and, if applicable, the Facebook or Instagram username) associated with the data
• A brief description of the data you would like deleted

Processing time

We will verify your request and delete the relevant personal data from our active systems within 30 days of receiving a valid request, unless we are required by law to retain it. Certain backup copies may persist for a limited additional period before being overwritten as part of our routine backup cycle.

Meta platform data

If you previously authorized We Orbiz to access your Facebook or Instagram account through Meta Login or Meta Business tools, you can also revoke that access directly from your Meta account settings:

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select “We Orbiz” → Remove
• Instagram: Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → select “We Orbiz” → Remove

Revoking platform access stops future data sharing. To also delete data we have already stored, please send us a deletion request as described above.
