Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-14

This Cookie Policy explains how We Orbiz Limited Company uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies on the We Orbiz AI website (weorbiz.com), the product landing site for our Instagram comment-assistant service. We keep the use of cookies deliberately minimal: we do not run advertising networks, we do not sell data, and we do not build cross-site tracking profiles. Below we describe exactly what is stored on your device, why, and how you can control it.

What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits. Related technologies such as localStorage let a site save small pieces of information in your browser without using a traditional cookie. Both are read only by sites on the same domain and can be removed at any time through your browser.

On this site we use only two kinds of browser storage: a functional preference saved by the site itself, and anonymous analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. We describe each below.

Cookies and storage we use

The complete list of what this website stores on your device is as follows:

  • Functional theme preference (localStorage). When you choose a light or dark appearance, your selection is saved in your browser's localStorage so the site remembers it on your next visit. This is stored only on your device, is not a cookie, is never transmitted to our servers, and does not constitute personal data.
  • Google Analytics — `_ga`. Set by Google Analytics 4 to distinguish one anonymous visitor from another. It supports aggregate usage statistics (for example, how many people view a page) and does not identify you personally to us.
  • Google Analytics — `_gid`. Set by Google Analytics 4 to distinguish anonymous visitors over a short period and to help measure how the site is used. Like `_ga`, it serves anonymous usage analytics only.

We use Google Analytics 4 solely to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it. The data is anonymous usage analytics; we do not use it for advertising. Google processes this data as an independent provider under its own Privacy Policy.

If you make a voluntary donation, payment is handled entirely by Stripe, which is charged in Turkish Lira (TRY). We never see or store your card details. Stripe may set its own cookies as part of secure payment processing and fraud prevention, governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Managing and disabling cookies

You are in control of cookies and browser storage at all times. Every major browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies and clear locally stored data through its settings, usually under a section named Privacy, Cookies, or Site Data.

  • Clear or block cookies. Use your browser settings to delete existing cookies or to block them site by site. Blocking the Google Analytics cookies stops anonymous analytics from being collected; the site will continue to function normally.
  • Reset the theme preference. Clearing your browser's site data for this domain removes the saved theme preference; the site will simply ask again the next time you change it.
  • Opt out of Google Analytics. You can install Google's official browser opt-out add-on to prevent your activity from being measured by Google Analytics across all sites.

Because the only essential storage we use is your own theme preference, disabling cookies will not prevent you from reading the site or its blog.
