This page explains how to have personal data deleted that we hold in connection with the We Orbiz AI Instagram-assistant product site (weorbiz.com). What Data This Site Holds About You

Before requesting deletion, it helps to know what this site actually processes. weorbiz.com is a product landing site with only the following limited data flows:

  • Donation records: Transaction records relating to voluntary donations you make via Stripe, charged in Turkish Lira (TRY). We never see or store your card data; payment information is processed entirely by Stripe. See the Stripe Privacy Policy for details.
  • Analytics data: Anonymous usage statistics collected through Google Analytics 4. For this purpose, the cookies _ga and _gid are set in your browser. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
  • Instagram assistant interaction data: When @weorbiz is mentioned under an Instagram post or reel, the service processes the commenter's Instagram username, the comment text, and the content of the analyzed post/reel in order to generate an AI-powered reply.

Beyond these flows, the theme preference stored in your browser's localStorage stays only on your device; it is not a cookie and contains no personal data. You can remove it yourself at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser, and it requires no deletion request from us. Our blog is served from a shared database and collects no personal data from readers beyond the analytics described above.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

To have your data deleted, send your request by e-mail to ads@weorbiz.com. Sending it from the e-mail address you used for the relevant transaction, or that you have on record with us, helps us verify your identity and match the request to the correct records.

Making your request as specific as possible speeds up the process. For example, if you want a donation record deleted, you can include the approximate date of the donation or the details on your Stripe receipt; if you want an Instagram interaction deleted, you can include the relevant Instagram username and, where possible, a link to the post/reel.

Once your identity is verified, we complete a valid deletion request within 30 days at the latest and notify you when it is done.

There may be data we cannot delete. For example, we may need to retain transaction records relating to donations made through Stripe for legally mandated retention periods in order to meet our tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. Where this applies, we will clearly inform you which data is retained and why.

Deleting Instagram Assistant Data

An AI interaction created when @weorbiz is mentioned under a post or reel involves a limited set of data: the commenter's Instagram username, the comment text, and the content of the analyzed post/reel.

To request deletion of this Instagram-derived data, send an e-mail to ads@weorbiz.com stating the relevant Instagram username and, where possible, a link to the post/reel the assistant replied to. We permanently delete the corresponding interaction records and the generated reply from our systems, again within 30 days at the latest.

This process is designed to provide a data-deletion path consistent with Meta Platforms requirements. If we cannot locate your request from a comment the service published on Instagram, we may contact you so you can help us identify the correct interaction.
