Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and We Orbiz Limited Company, the operator of the Site. We may reference additional policies (such as our Privacy and Cookie policies) from within these Terms; where referenced, those policies are incorporated by reference.

The Service

The Site is an informational and product landing site that describes We Orbiz AI, our AI-powered Instagram assistant, and lets you read our blog and optionally support the project with a voluntary donation. The Site itself is largely a publishing and presentation surface; the AI assistant operates on Instagram, not on this Site.

The We Orbiz AI assistant works on Instagram as follows: when someone mentions @weorbiz in a comment under an Instagram post or reel, the service reads the commenter's Instagram username, the text of that comment, and the content of the post or reel being discussed, and then generates an AI-written reply. We describe this behaviour here so you understand what the product does; the assistant is invoked on Instagram and is subject to Instagram's own terms in addition to ours.

The Site also hosts a blog served from a shared database. Blog articles are provided for general information only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and to make a donation. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation, or that infringes the rights of any third party;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, the underlying database, or any related systems or networks;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures;
• Use any automated means (such as scrapers, bots, or crawlers) to access, copy, or harvest content from the Site beyond what is permitted by our published machine-readable instructions;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site, including by overloading, flooding, or denial-of-service activity;
• Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Site except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for any user who breaches this section or whose activity we reasonably believe threatens the security or availability of the Site.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content — including text, blog articles, graphics, layout, design, logos, the We Orbiz name, and the We Orbiz AI mark — are owned by or licensed to We Orbiz Limited Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

You may view and access the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by mandatory law (for example, limited quotation with attribution).

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you choose to send us about the Site or the product are provided voluntarily, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them without obligation or compensation to you.

Donations

The Site lets you make a voluntary donation to support the development and operation of We Orbiz AI. Donations are entirely optional: they are not required to access the Site, and they do not purchase any product, license, subscription, or guaranteed feature.

Donations are processed by Stripe, our payment processor, and are charged in Turkish Lira (TRY). Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see, receive, or store your full card number or other sensitive payment-card data. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Because donations are voluntary contributions and not a purchase of goods or services, they are non-refundable except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law. If you believe a donation was charged in error, please contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Any information published on the blog or elsewhere on the Site may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We Orbiz Limited Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed the total amount you donated to us through the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you made no donation, one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, you agree that the courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, USA shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Site, to our donation flow, or to legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown below and publish the updated version on this page.

Your continued use of the Site after an updated version takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you should stop using the Site.
