Data We Collect

This site processes only the following limited set of data items:

• Donation data (via Stripe): When you make a voluntary donation, payment is processed by Stripe and charged in Turkish Lira (TRY). We never see or store your card details; all card data is handled directly by Stripe. We receive only a limited confirmation of whether the transaction succeeded.
• Anonymous usage analytics (Google Analytics 4): Statistics such as page views, session duration, and general usage trends. For this purpose, the _ga and _gid cookies are set in your browser.
• Theme preference: Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser's localStorage as a functional setting that is not personal data. It is not a cookie and is never sent to our servers.
• Instagram AI assistant data: When someone tags @weorbiz in a comment under an Instagram post or reel, we process that commenter's Instagram username, the comment text, and the content of the analyzed post/reel, and generate an AI reply based on them.
• Blog content: Our blog is served from a shared database. We do not collect any personal data from blog readers beyond the anonymous analytics described above.

Purposes & Legal Basis

We process your data only for the purposes set out below, each on the legal basis stated alongside it:

• Processing and collecting voluntary donations — Legal basis: performance of a contract. To complete the donation you initiate, that transaction must be carried out through Stripe.
• Anonymous analytics to understand and improve use of the site — Legal basis: consent. Google Analytics 4 cookies are enabled only when you give your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Remembering your theme preference — Legal basis: legitimate interest. This is a functional setting, containing no personal data, that keeps your chosen appearance consistent across visits.
• Operating the Instagram AI assistant and generating an AI reply — Legal basis: legitimate interest. When @weorbiz is tagged, we process the username, the comment, and the relevant post/reel content in order to produce the requested reply.

Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver our service we work with the following third-party service providers. These providers process your data only on our behalf and for the stated purposes:

• Stripe — processing donation payments and securely handling card data. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google) — anonymous usage analytics. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was processed. Records of donation transactions are kept for as long as our accounting and regulatory compliance obligations require. Analytics data is subject to the retention settings of Google Analytics 4. The theme preference remains in your browser until you delete it; you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data. Data processed by the Instagram AI assistant is held for as long as needed to generate the reply and operate the service.

When you request deletion of your data, we will fulfill your request within 30 days, unless a valid legal retention obligation applies.

International Transfers

We Orbiz Limited Company is established in the United States (Wyoming), and your data is processed and stored in the USA. Our service providers (Stripe and Google) may also process data in various countries, including the USA. When you access the site from Turkey, the European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom, your data may be transferred outside those borders. For such transfers, we take care to ensure appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

EEA and United Kingdom (GDPR): You have the rights to access, rectify, and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time and lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

Turkey (KVKK art. 11): You have the rights to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad; to request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

California (CCPA): You have the rights to know about, access, and request deletion of the personal information we collect about you, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
